SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Wrenched Syndicate merchandise is made to order and produced by our fulfillment partner. The fulfillment location depends on product availability and the delivery destination.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Production Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Estimated Shipping Time After Production

Canada and the United States: Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–4 business days. If the order is fulfilled across the border, standard delivery may take 5–20 business days.

International destinations: Standard delivery is typically 5–20 business days.

Express shipping: Typically 1–3 business days where available.

SHIPPING RATES & TRACKING
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.
Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.
ORDER CONFIRMATION, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Because made-to-order items can enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Items may be produced at different fulfillment facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
Caps and certain other products may also ship separately to protect their shape. Separate packages can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
P.O. BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
Available shipping methods depend on the destination address and carrier.
Some services, including Express shipping, are not available for P.O. boxes or APO/FPO and other military addresses. Checkout will show the shipping methods available for the address entered.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our control, including:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders crossing borders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or carrier fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are shown and collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & CARRIER DELIVERY
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay delivery or prevent the carrier from completing it.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Once a package has shipped, an address change may not be possible.
